The number 1 role of a referee, their most important job is to ensure the safety of all players on the pitch. What yellow cards have now become is more to do with the referees ego than safety. Weāve experienced 10 years of leg breaking, career-ending tackles going unpunished, and now weāre seeing very subjective acts of āpetulanceā deemed enough for a 2nd yellow and to effectively ruin the best game of the season for the neutral fan. These rules have to change!!!. Anything like this should be a taking to and a final warning, simple.

TROSARD is one the players i hate most in the premier League he is selfish, makes stupid decisions. Last season Arsenal would have beaten City if Trosard had passed the ball to a free player, while on the break instead of trying to score by himself. I hate Trossard.

Last season when Micheal Oliver failed to send off Kovacic for two clear yellows card offensesā¦. the āChief Refereeing Officerā for the PGMOL Howard Webb came out and said the reason Kovacic wasnāt sent off was because Micheal Oliver didnāt want to ruin the biggest game of the season by sending off the player.
Now can someone please explain to me why less than a year later Micheal Oliver thought sending off Trossard for something less sinister than Kovacicās two yellow card offences wouldnāt also ruined the biggest game of the season?
