  1. Would love to see him here and I was surprised Man C let him go at the time. I honestly think he’s a realistic target as he knows he’ll be a first team regular, only problem I can foresee is his wages.

  2. Can we all just give the fans a break from this shite please… I’ve had enough transfer bollocks I thought it’d be over for a bit… There’s NO WAY we’d sign him. If we do then Mitchell needs sacking….

  3. Too old for what we are building, wages would be a massive problem for us, don’t think that this will happen, ideal for us tbf, but I can’t see it. Whatever we spend would be dead money

  4. Reports say Bayern have offered a new contract but with substantially reduced wages but he hasnt signed because of the lower wage. His wages are £324000 per week and he will be looking for wages around this mark. Its double what our top earner earns and I think its agent talk to get Bayern to up their offer. I would love to have him at the club but just think his wage demends will be beyond the club at present.

  5. Its make a change from the guehi rumours😂😂.. Hes on a crap wage isnt he😅.. Starting to think pif are going to take control of incomings rather than the donkeys at the club now.. Championship manager incoming 🙏🙏🙏

  6. Can't see Mitchell or Howe going for this one. Can't afford this kind of signing at the moment, even on a free, that kind of wage would cause discontent.

  7. When eufa end Chelsea's european participation end of the season and they are forced to sell, rainbow land for me is going in for Cole Palmer, sell him the you'll be running down the right wing with the future England full back behind you, will help you usurp Saka.

  8. Sane so far only delivered in 50% of the seasons he played at Bayern, then either an injury and/or drop in form cost him the second half of the season.
He can be amazing, deciding games on his own, but he sadly lacks consistency.
I can still see him play a full season at his best though, if he would stay uninjured, it just never happened these last few years at Bayern.
Although even half a season is worth the money, just probably not the 50+ million + wages he would cost …

  9. Totally agree, Chris. I've learnt to flatline my expectations over the years because we get linked to every Tom, Dic and Harry, and nothing happens. Mitchell's failure to do anything in the last window other than upset the manager and fans has only added to my dispondency
