I rate John Stones, Rolls Royce of a player. Immense for City in CL final. But hearing a multi-millionaire footballer bemoan having to navigate self-doubt as a sentimental piano tinkles in the background highlights everything that's detached from reality in modern day football for me.
Tbh, stones has fallen off ever since that last injury during last season. I want him to prove himself again just like he did during 2020.
