Thank you Shaka, great point. This is one frustrating thing abt Ten Hag, his reluctance to get players in after signing them. These are professional players not rookies, just give them instructions n they should b able to cope, especially defensive midfielder, his work is really to clean up, what the heck do they need extra time to train. Something tells me even if Ugarte had made the signing in time for the liverpool game, he wouldnt have started him anyways.
