Good morning Tom and everyone.. it’s good to get decent fees in this summer but it all points to a slightly worrying conclusion that the Kroenkes are tightening the purse strings. Is this really the right window to be net spending zero? As for domestic cup campaigns I think we can forget them unless we get huge luck with the draws… we simply haven’t got the numbers to go for 3/4 competitions.

I want a goalkeeper who challenges Raya on the no.1 spot. Garcia is the 2nd GK in Spain U23. He will have numerous opportunities to play with the crowded season ahead, but hopefully improve and learn from Raya to take over if need be.

We need talented, versilate, intelligent & experienced Striker to help Saka and Hervatz

Add ons are conditional, you know this, When Arsenal buy your very clear on the Upfront fee, When Arsenal sell you act as if the add ons have alredy been achieved. Is this because u know Edu can only get half decent transfer fees when add ons are included but your not allowed to view anything negative about the club?

As much as I think Eddie for 30 millions is a unbelievable sell, ramsdale for this amount is an awful sell!!

Paying 25million for Garcia is crazy.

The problem with Saka back up, from the player's side, is that if he is good, he will know that he isn't going to get many games.

Ramsdale is worth way more than this, with the sell on clause hopefully we make more money. I m really happy with all the sell on clause we have on the sold players. We are getting better at selling players.

Not just the price tag he has barely played 50 senior games. Unless Arteta really changes his goalkeeper rotation methods Garcia is a loan 2025/26 waiting to happen. Every player we sign doesn't need to be the future superstar. We signed Raya 2 minutes ago, let him be no.1 for 3-4 season, buy any old experienced keeper play him >5 games

I'm confident that Arsenal will do something to bring a forwardnin before the window closes tomorrow. Edu and Arteta have done everything they can to strengthen this side, they can surely see the gap that all of us can see, I think they are working hard behind the seens to pull off one final surprise!!!

Most of the minutes last season by the guys we sold was Eddie he played in the earlier part of the season so to see them complaining about we let those 3 guys go and no one comes in it's quite hilarious to me ( we should bring some one in imo) however to use those 3 as basis of their arguments it's the funniest thing I have seen

Personally I would of thought a loan spell for Ramsdale made more sense. Get his value back up and cash in next summer. Obviously that’s a bit of a gamble and one the club wasn’t interested in taking.

Definitely need an attacker or two in for it to be a good window… fingers crossed 🤞

I do struggle when a club signs a player & we say "Arsenal missed a trick not signing them"….the player might have been approached & wanted another club or the club feel its not the right decision…like Arthur Melo who went to Liverpool & was shocking. Sometimes other transfers happen & there doesnt need to be a criticism of the club about it. Other teams can sign players too

Until we have a goalie almost as good as Ederson with ball, I don’t think we are in our final form.

Leno did well, we got Ramsdale.

Ramsdale did very well, we got Raya.

Raya did very very well, there might be a trend here

The question is why sell Ramsdale at a throw-away price, when he could have gone on loan, impressed and upped his value.
Desperate sale to raise funds. Looks like we can only invest if we sell. Ridiculous for a big club. Hopefully they make up with a marquee signing, id take ivan Toney at this point tbh. We won't in the league with the squad currently. Should have gone for chiesa instead we r now being linked with a perennial crock in the form of Coman. Personally id put koscielny up there with Gabriel, Gabriel slightly due to strength but Kos was fantastic for us, don’t have Gabriel anywhere near Campbell btw

Odegaard injury is a concern but I’m happy with Nwaneri for a game or 2 game dependent of course you’d rather an Ipswich than a city but as is always the case, who of the correct age and quality would want to come in to that position knowing our captain is always going to be first choice

Hoping for a "There we land" on deadline day for arsenal, preferably a wide forward! cheers Tom
