Our own approach has been somewhat sluggish with too many touches before passing by several players. Our personnel in certain positions and the pattern of play is not the best we can muster at all in our 3 games so far. That's my observation.

Trossard is a super sub. I have said it before i'd rather score off the bench more often than not than start and see my influence on the game diminished

I wish you luck with the Sterling optimism. I watched him closely since moving to Chelsea and I've come to the conclusion that he has deteriorated considerably. I remember him at Liverpool. I remember him at City. He has since been dropped from the England squad. Rejected by Chelsea now. He might give you 2 good games for the season. I'm not expecting anymore than that. Yes, he has something to prove at Arsenal. I think he's done as a high quality footballer. His decision-making has gone, his tracking back has been in question since arriving at Chelsea.

Spurs away, always a tough game. But honestly Jorginho, Zinchenko, Trossard, Timber and Calafiori can all play that role. Maybe a double pivit could be the answer.
Wasn’t happy when we signed sterling but now I’ve had time to think about it makes a lot of sense .if we get him playing anything like he did at city we will be laughing . He’s definitely an upgrade on Nelson & we get him for next to nothing 👍 Maybe we are saving money for isaak & Williams next window fcking hope so😁
