As a Scotland fan myself it is frustrating that we just can't seem to get over that hurdle in tournaments i.e. getting out of the groups into the knockouts. I look at our squad, it's not the best squad in terms of quality but it's a hard working team. As for Steve Clarke I've been a fan of his for a long while, I think he's done well with what he has to work with. I'd give him this opportunity to try to get Scotland to the 2026 World Cup, However If the SFA and Clarke somehow decide to part ways then I'd be all over David Moyes to take over
