This is Afena Gyan move is a good move for so many reasons
1. In my opinion, he fits the Zirkee mode more than any of our strikers (Milik and Vlahovic)
2. The NextGen is the developmental team, so he gets to develop and properly refine his game.
3. The step down might be just what he needs to make the step up. Motta has proven (with Mbangula and Savona) that he walks the meritocracy talk.
4. With Motta not afraid to call up NextGen players, Milik being injury prone, and a huge number of games to play this season he will very likely get his shot at the first team if he blows up in Serie C
