New Wales boss Craig Bellamy has named his first squad since taking charge as Aaron Ramsey returns for next month’s Nations League games against Turkey and Montenegro.

Bellamy, who succeeded Rob Page last month on a four-year deal, has named a 24-player squad that also includes Liverpool pair Owen Beck – who is uncapped – and Lewis Koumas, who are on loan at Blackburn and Stoke, respectively.

Swansea midfielder Ollie Cooper and Oxford United forward Mark Harris have been recalled to the squad for the first time in more than a year, while there is also a recall for Sorba Thomas.

There are two uncapped players in the squad, with Beck called up from the U21s and goalkeeper Karl Darlow joining the squad for the first time.

Bellamy’s first match in charge takes place on September 6 against Turkey at the Cardiff City Stadium, followed by a trip to Montenegro three days later in Niksic on September 9.
