Few Barca baby fans don't get it, Dani Olmo is more dangerous than nico. If you would have seen his hat trick against Bayern u will see the guy is completely unpredictable.
If flick wants him then who are we to complain, his system is completely different to what we're used to at barca
So the players he will need are different profiles

Flick doesn't play with wide wingers, so obviously Olmo is a better fit for this position if we compare him to Nico. Bring the season now.
3:52 Barça fans like myself do not doubt the quality of Dani, but what the fans see as a necessity in the attack as an addition is a left winger good in 1v1, build up play but most importantly has PACE. We know Dani can play LW but so too Raphinha, Ferran and we saw Felix their last season but issue is they do not have over the top PACE like Nico & Lamine has. And as an interior/CAM/10 fans are looking at Pedri, FERMIN, Gundogan as 3 main players already in the team. For me I trust Flick and support Dani, but STILL need a pacey LW, unless Ansu can provide that.
I like how you said against Barca most opponents play a low block. It's so frustrating but I believe flick will work on that.
4:30 this was my main take on it, get Dani say next season when Gundo contract is to run out or he might have another season, not sure. However, injuries affected Barça. When Pedri is out replacing him is hard, Fermin goals great in scoring but only against teams that allow him space. When DM is affected, Gundo has to drop back and that reduces assists. Dani provides EVERYTHING which is why he is a good signing in such situations. But the fans want a LW that has pace, 1v1 and build up play ability and no one but Nico fits that unless Ansu wakes up.
Dani's signing means gavi will strickly be used in the double pivot
