Former super lightweight and welterweight champion Danny Garcia will make a run at a third title on Sept. 14 at T-Mobile Arena when he challenges champion Erislandy Lara for the WBA middleweight title in the co-main event of the Canelo Alvarez show.
Garcia discusses his beginnings in boxing, how promoting has helped shape him as a fighter and how he’ll do against Lara.
He discusses the hits and misses of his career and recalls how being on the Floyd Mayweather-Ricky Hatton undercard in just his second pro fight shaped him.
He also comments on how he thinks Edgar Berlanga will do against Alvarez in the main event.
