I honestly think he is worth the gamble. I dont think he will start as much, he will most probably play as the alternative option to Dalot, and his workload will be managed well. But he is still a massive upgrade to AWB and we didn't overpay to get him. We need attacking players, we need players who will fit into the new way of playing.
Dutchy here, have seen Mazraoui, he is a decent stand in for your options on the flanks. But he is going to suck for you guys.
The attacking numbers you are comparing to Dalot, are comparing apples with oranges. He has been playing for two teams that are expecting to attack and only have a couple of high pressure games in the competition. Bayern had a rough year, but still, they normally play full on the attack in most of their matches.
Next to that, Dalot has played 2k minutes more than Mazraoui, in a team that finished 8th vs a team that finished 3th.
He is not fit enough for the premier league, but good luck with him
