A minute into the video and sky sports have already displayed the inconsistency of prem refs/rules as clear as day. I’ve always known the rule to be if it hits anywhere below the sleeve line it’s a handball. Ouattara hits above the sleeve line = handball. Rodri hits below the sleeve line = not handball??

I've no idea why people are complaining about the Rodri handball! It was the right decision, as it was CLEARLY unintentional, and he wasn't in a DOGSO situation. I could qualify as a VAR operator with my knowledge.
