  11. Salamu Alayikum ikhwaan. Just starting calisthenics, dont got no equipment, just a floor in my back yard and a box jump… I'm extremely weak and have a lot of fat but Im trying to change for the sake of Allah. Ive just been doing a set of 5 push ups and 10 box jumps over and over, with a break in between. I hit 40 push ups and 60 box jumps today Alhamdulillah, it was real hard though. Any advice? I would love to do this work out except I cant even do a pull up or a dip.
