Hello bro, thank you for this programe of calisthenics. I did it for 2 weeks ago. It helpful really . I have question is it good to do this programe 5 time on the week ? Second question is it good to do this calisthenic mix with gym i meen after calisthenic work with dumbels hold heavy. Thanks
Anyone who has ever had any athletic experience knows how strong that young man is by the way he does those pull ups….slow, smooth with no shaking and the head all the way over the bar…that takes some real power

How many days a week should I do this?
Salamu Alayikum ikhwaan. Just starting calisthenics, dont got no equipment, just a floor in my back yard and a box jump… I'm extremely weak and have a lot of fat but Im trying to change for the sake of Allah. Ive just been doing a set of 5 push ups and 10 box jumps over and over, with a break in between. I hit 40 push ups and 60 box jumps today Alhamdulillah, it was real hard though. Any advice? I would love to do this work out except I cant even do a pull up or a dip.
