Guendouzi is very good. Scary thing is he is still so young. If he add goals into his game i think he will be world class. His passing and game play is already very good though he still make some mistakes here and there but thats understandable at his age. I really like the way he dictates the game and always wanting to have the ball. He works really hard and has goo vision. He plays penetrative balls instead of always playing it sideways.
The weight of his passing is really good. I don't understand why people keep complaining about him.

Guendouzi can be nurtured into a complete box to box midfielder. Xhaka have been used wrongly by Emery, he is the closest thing after Xabi Alonso. All he need is to play like a quarter back sit back and break up play then spread Long balls for quick counter Attack. Ceballos or Torreira can be used based on opponents, pressing game against TOP six team go for Ceballos and against physical team go for Torreira.
