  1. I'm a Chelsea fan and i think the credit should goes to Feyenoord Youth Academy…they have created a great player. thanks to them, and thanks to Chelsea for rise his name up! KTBFFH!

  2. He will be. The other Feyenoord talents of his age are already playing every game in their 1st team, are already being selected for the Dutch national team. Meanwhile Nathan is sitting on the bench. It's easy to see which route is better for a talent's development. Not a single Dutch youth player has succeeded at an English club yet.

  3. well how many dutch players have been in premier league academies? I can only think of bruma. Im not saying you are wrong because I agree, but I do hope chelsea prove your statement wrong in the long run and Nathan does establish himself.

  4. Quite a few in recent years: Bruma, but also Van Aanholt(PSV-Chelsea), Nacer Barazite(NEC-Arsenal), Van den Berg(Heerenveen-Arsenal), Jordy Brouwer(Ajax-Liverpool), Weijl(AZ-Liverpool), Van Velzen(Ajax-Man U), Rekik(Feyenoord-Man C), Ebecilio(Feyenoord-Arsenal), Ozyakup(AZ-Arsenal), Halfhuid(Excelsior-Aston Villa), Hoesen(Fortuna -Fulham), Danquah(Ajax-Arsenal), Owusu-Abeyie(Ajax-Arsenal).

  5. Out of all those I mentioned, 11 out of 14 basically failed at their clubs. Only Rekik and Aké still have a real chance, but I'm pessimistic as youth players don't tend to breakthrough at all at Chelsea or Man City. Tim Krul is basically the only Dutch youth player to have succeeded, and I don't think it's a coincidence he is a keeper who got his breakthrough at a newly promoted club.

  6. What is funny is that I actually see van aanholt as a better back-up to Ryan Bertrand. I believe that Van Aanholt MAY have a future at Chelsea FC considering he has had a great season at Vitesse. He has finally had a loan spell which has given him lots of games to develop. I honestly think that most youth players at epl clubs dont make it to the first team at all. It has nothing to do with nationality. Im sure the same will be found with players from any country. They just dont get the chance.

  7. Van Aanholt is 23 already this summer, and he's still far too inconsistent and a liability defensively. We could use a good left back for our national team, but he's not even in contention for it while a barely 19 year old Jetro Willems is, that says alot.

I know it has nothing to do with nationality. The gap towards the 1st team is too big, they need to play to grow but don't get to play so they stagnate. That's why they should stay in the eredivisie untill they're older and ready.

  8. No players has a future in Chelseas youth academy. Just look at Lukaku.. Bayern Munchen has alot better talents. Just search up Emre Can or Pierre Emile

  9. trocar jogador santos futebol clube clube Kavyson mandar direito Leão chelsea mesmo trocar jogador Nathan BenJamin Aké mandar direito santos futebol clube
