I feel like Philips work ethics are not good.. he doesn’t seem to be a player who really wants it.. I don’t see the hunger in him to do better.. you can’t be that slow playing in the highest level of the premier.. he should consider playing at the back and covert to midfield, like Fabian Delph did for Man City..
