I think perhaps Gundogan could play where Bernardo Silva currently is with Silva playing out wide for one of Doku/Savio while they are still working their kinks out and developing. I could also see Instead of Rico playing as an inverting right back playing with a flat back 3 with more a 3-4-3 with Gundo as a double 6 with Rodri or even with Rodri as a solo 6 with Gundogan as an 8 with Kovacic/be bruyne/silva. Honestly there are a ton of ways to do it and between squad rotations I think everyone still sees pretty good minutes.
