Nottingham Forest are still searching for a striker as the transfer window nears its conclusion, and the spotlight is firmly on Borussia Dortmund’s young sensation, Youssoufa Moukoko, who is reportedly on the verge of joining Real Betis in Spain. But could Nottingham Forest swoop in at the last minute and hijack this deal for the German international.
Forest need to add more firepower upfront, and Moukoko, with his lightning pace and clinical finishing, could be the perfect addition to Nuno’s squad. With the reds missing out on other striker targets such as Evanilson and Maximilian Beier, Forest cant afford to let another top player slip away, so will they be able to hijack the Moukoko move to Betis in time?
Forest’s talented midfielder, Danilo, who unfortunately suffered a serious injury in the opening match of the season against Bournemouth. The Brazilian star broke his ankle in the early stages on Saturdays game, however, in some positive news, Danilo has taken to social media to reassure fans that he is okay. He expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support and well-wishes from Forest fans and the football community.

So the people in the chat were right then – Danilo has a broken leg. I don’t see why you're still complaining about that? All I did was say what anyone with a pair of eyes could see. People who didn't see the incident were asking, so I answered. Isn't that what chat sections are for?
I personally said nothing guessing how long he'd be out for, but again, what's wrong with people speculating? It was actually the co-commentator saying his season was over, so people were probably just repeating him. I know freedom of speech ain't a thing in this country anymore but still…..thought this channel had no issue with it.
No one doesn’t wish Danilo a speedy recovery, we're all Forest fans and we all love him. But a few comments stating opinions on an injury aren't gonna hurt anyone, especially when it was so obvious he'd broken his leg. Also, Danilo says he's Ok which is fantastic, but you don’t fix breaks like that in a few weeks. So let's not pretend like you've won some moral argument here. The people saying he'll be out for ages are right. Danilo is just kindly letting us know he will recover in time and he's mentally OK. I never saw a comment from anyone saying otherwise.
Just a little disagreement, wanted to have my say but also want you to know I appreciate all your hard work on the channel and keep it up Wolfy. Thought Forest were excellent yesterday, don’t understand most of the moaning. TBF, agree that Yates looked better in the 8 than a 6, however the question is, how does he get ahead of Dominguez or Anderson in the 8? Bigger picture guys
Personally more worrying for me was Aina going off and Toffalo coming on at a pivotal time in the game – he is not good enough under pressure in prem and I don’t think Richards would be either although I like him don’t think he’s prem cut – we do need a good back up to go with a striker and with Danilo going out so early we need Anderson to be switched on and ready – he played well tbf…😱
It's deja vu yet again!.A serious injury to one of our best players who will be unlikely to play again much before the end of the season at best.The LB who we were linked with -and LB definitely needs strengthening -is also crippled and any links we have now are useless! We are in desperate need of a quality striker and all our links seem tenuous at best .Our defensive problems -and Williams is DEFINITELY one of our weaknesses-are exactly the same as last season and our lack of real creativity(MGW is NOT making the progress that he should be doing) is also still there . Also,even if we'd scored a second ,don't fool yourself -we're still likely to concede more than one in return We had chances-but so did Bournemouth!!!

We definitely have a problem at Full back. The fact is we can’t stop the cross. If we just have crosses raining in at this level you will concede eventually.
If Nuno is not picking RichArds there’s a reason!! And if Aina can’t last 90 mins there’s a problem. And if Williams can’t stop the cross there’s a problem.

Id take moreno hes a quality fullback with plenty of experience, remember the impact nicky shorey had here? He did turn us down before and the way the villa move planned out theres a chance he probably would prefer a move back to spain. But 100 percent we should be in for him if hes available he would improve this team instantly

Love and best wishes to Danilo for a full and speedy recovery. He's great for us, and we are hopefully great for him. As for the performance, which would have been affected by the injury to Danilo, it was better. More possession than Bournemouth, and more aerial duels won, Lots more on target chances than last season, so positive movement there. I hope it translates to away form too. It will take a game or two for the team to get up to full competitive speed, but it was the same old problem for me. A poor on target conversion rate at one end and a mistake at the other. It may just be the ring rust and only the next two or three games will tell. But we have to convert possession into Goals/points. There was enough there though to suggest we wont be looking over our shoulders this time around. Subject to todays/Mondays games, it looks like the big 6/7+Villa are hitting the ground running, so we may all be playing once again to see who can get 9th. Hope I'm wrong. Glad it's back. Thanks to FFTV for the fan service, and everyone be well.
