Following Liverpool’s 1-0 win vs. Everton in the third round of the FA Cup, Jurgen Klopp delights in the impact of Takumi Minamino and Curtis Jones. Klopp says Minamino was exactly the player they hoped for when they signed him from Red Bull Salzburg in December. On Jones, a teenager who has been in Liverpool’s youth system since 2010, Klopp says his incredible match-winning goal came as no surprise, and he believes Jones has a future with the first team. Plus, (2:16) Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti insists Liverpool’s lineup had no effect on the Toffees, who fielded most of their key players.
