  1. Have no issues with this at all. Completely understand him wanting to put it all on the line to represent England which is the ultimate honour to represent your country.

Loads of melts in this thread

  2. It is hard for Shaw to be injured free for long. So even if he chose not to play for England, high chance he will be injured by now. The guy can be injured from sneezing.

  3. Double standards are alot in you Manchester united fans. Tell us about Tyrell Malacia what about him? Dude hasn't touched a ball in 2 years. Shaw has a traumatised broken leg

  4. The difference between Shaw and Phil Jones is that Jones wanted to play for United every time he was on the pitch. Shaw doesn't want to play, so sell him for his name and get money for a player who will show up.

  5. Luke needs a slap, why would any footballer put his country above his club??? Injured most of last season and decides to go to Germany for the tournament??? Anybody else would have pulled out of the squad and had a month's rest, worked with the physio's to get ready for the first game of the season. Now our strongest back 4 isn't available 😡😡😡😡😡😡

  6. People should cut Shaw a little bit of slack. Yes, he should take full responsibility for going to the Euros when he shouldn’t have. That was absolutely on him. But I’ll never completely blame him for his injury proneness. That double leg break he suffered as a teenager playing for us was easily one of the most horrific injuries I have ever seen in football. He almost had to have his leg amputated! I was surprised he could walk again, let alone play football again, let alone be one of the best LBs in the world on his day. Don’t get me wrong, the injury will never excuse a bad attitude but I don’t think he has a bad attitude, just bad decision making maybe. Shouldn’t have gone to England but people are making it out like he’s doing a Gareth Bale, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
