Raphinha isn't a top quality LW. We need a winger that can play both sides. Paying 60mill for just a Saka back up is stupid business. The max a Saka back up starts is 10 games.
I'm a gunner from malaysia. 52 years old. For decades, I could say that undoubtedly manu & liverpool are the top 2 clubs in terms of followings in this southeast asia region (I travel a lot). Number 3 club has always undoubtedly been Arsenal. NOW, somehow I think arsenal are in the same bracket as those two clubs. In fact, when you go to middleast, africa n usa, the increasing fans of arsenal are very evident. Even when arsenal played other english or spanish teams, you could see that the arsenal fans are the majority in the stadiums. In short, perhaps terry's just leveraging on potentially the strongest fan base in the world today.
Lets say as an arsenal fan, I’m not interested in a player that turned us down just like Vlahovic, I’m looking for a player that want to play for the Arsenal jersey from day one, someone hungry to wewr the jersey, someone who has even been to our games like Calafiori. Get me a proper forward, then Jesus/Saka for RW, Martinelli/Trossard for LW, then keep Nelson for third option backup or get William Jnr if Nelson leaves or another Hale Ends product to fill up the gap. We dont want players thats will disrupt the unity
