He's led the players well but, for some reason we haven't figured out how we're going play.
Unlike spain, every pass did so much damage, one touch passing, loads of pace, movement was brilliant. Spanish are going to be treated to even more trophies no doubt.

We have to accept we simply dont have players with skill or creativity, like Modric and we never have. Maybe Gasgoine in his prime….but we never seem to be comfortable on the ball moving forwards through midfield. Its sideways and backwards. But lets not forget coming 2nd TWICE is still a big achievement. I agree that starting with Cole Palmer and Ollie Watkins might have made the difference….on a night where Spain were not at their best….but still better than us.
