  1. Actually, Sir Alec is the way you pronounce it with scottish accent. It's not wrong the way LVG says it, and Sir Alex has said that it's only David Gill that say Sir Alec and thats the right way of pronouncing it

  2. So the improved quality of football in England is due to the influx of foreign coaches says the man who takes over from 23 former managers of one of the consistently great sides in English and European football, Manchester United.  These were comprised of: 12 Englishmen; 8 Scots; 2 Welshmen; and 1 Irishman.  Manchester United is currently in 14th place in the Premier League under its very first manager recruited from outside of the UK and Ireland.  Fact.

  3. Formation: 3-5-2                   (GK)                              Louis Van Gaal
                                          David De Gea
                             (RCB)            (CB)              (LCB)
Phil Jones | Jonny Evans | Marcos Rojo
                                    (CDM)             (CDM)
                              Ander Herrera | Davey Blind
            (RM)                                                                    (LM)
    Angel Di Maria                                                     Adnan Januzaj
                                                  (CAM)
                                           Wayne Rooney
                                    (ST)                       (ST)
Robin Van Persie | Radamel Falcao

(GK)                    (LB)                 (CB)                  (CDM)             (CAM)               (RM)
Bench: Anders Lindegaard | Luke Shaw | Chris Smalling | Michael Carrick | Juan Mata | Antonio Valencia

    Reasons:
We don't have enough full backs to maintain 4 at the back, so playing 3 there is more effective
    Rojo > Smalling
Replacing Carrick with Blind is obvious as Blind does the job that Carrick did but is younger and can learn from the first team experience.
Playing our wingers as Midfielders rather than Wing Backs is prefered for them + get's the most out of our best creative players considering the CDM's can fall back and allow the wide CB's to cover the wings.
Playing 3 goal scorers in that way will help us where we are struggling the most. + 2 target men for our wide players to cross the ball
Di Maria on the right to allow for his thunderous left foot getting goals. not to mention he can cross with his right.
Januzaj NEEDS regular first team play
Luke Shaw will struggle to get game time but being on the bench will allow us to play 4 at the back as Jones can play at Right Back
Smalling will help cover any CB role as well as the option of RB
Carrick is a good experienced replacement for Blind, or can be switched with Herrera for defensive play
Mata is on the bench as he can only play central. and can not play defensively. nor replace Rooney. + Impact Sub.
Valencia can allow for more Pace to get past tricky full backs. + Di Maria can switch wings. meaning Valencia can come on for Januzaj if needed too.

  4. "I won also a lot of titles"  Love it, finally we have the right man to replace Sir Alex..  No hard feelings towards Moyes, he was necessary to show the real level of the manager of the greatest club in the world..
