For years under the Rodgers, Lennon era we were actively trying to find a right back to replace Mikael Lustig or even Adam Matthews. We tried and failed on several occasions in Jeremy Toljan, Gamboa, Abd Elhamed, Bauer.
We eventually struck lucky with Frimpong.
Weโve been so blessed to have had not only Josip Juranovic but the resurgence of Tony Ralston in this current Ange era. Ange clearly has an eye for a full-back so Iโm excited to see how Alistair Johnston develops under him.

FFS Ryan use the correct words lol – you have now used the word catastrophic with the rise of both David Turnbull & Josip Juranovic – I think the words you are looking for are meteoric or stratospheric both apply to things on the rise as opposed to catastrophic which generally means a disaster of sorts – you're meant to be a journalist & at least half decent with your words lmao – keep up the great content though Hail Hail
