Michael McCubbin and Joe Thomlinson are joined by Lawrence McKenna for a special challenge – picking one signing to keep your club in the Premier League in the 2024-25 season!
With just a week to go until it all kicks off, we identify the the six clubs we think are most in danger of going down, including the three promoted sides Leicester, Southampton and Ipswich, and some interesting names crop up in the debate.
These include Liverpool’s Fabio Carvalho and Man City wonderkid James McAtee – could a loan for either be the difference between staying up and going down? Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale could also find a home at one of these teams as his search for regular first-team minutes continues, as could Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell… and could we see the return of former Liverpool star and Champions League-winner Alex Oxlade Chamberlain?
