Hoffenheim have made an official offer for Southampton defender Armel Bella-Kotchap and are suggested to have ‘very good chances’ of landing him. Stuttgart are also interested but their offer was rejected. Hoffenheim are now in the driving seat, with Bella-Kotchap keen to join them. The 22-year-old, signed from Bochum in 2022, spent last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven but had an injury-interrupted campaign.
