In 2010, the England team that went out to Germany included, Glen Johnson, Matthew Upson, James Milner. The subs included Robert Green, Michael Dawson, Steven Warnock, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch etc. All decent Premier League performers but does Tony Bellew think any of them would get in the current England squad?
