I like that Maresca evidently knows a lot about the players in the squad and many of their strengths and weaknesses. He really seems to know what he's doing despite the results recently and seems relatively calm in these conferences. I think Chelsea fans just need to be patient, you can see the system is there and can be effective at times, the players just need to get used to this new system and Maresca's tactics. I'm sure Maresca will eventually take us back to top 4 contention 💙💙💙

Maresca's Spanish is very impressive. The man almost sounds like a native
Honestly, Maresca sounds 100% out of his depth. This general overall ethos talks a lot, but says very little. The fact that Maresca is trying players in different positions shows he does not know his players and it shows when they play. I have a feeling he does not have control of the dressing room and players don't really like his style. When Maresca talks about player improvement he is too general in his comments. Chelsea fans (including myself) will have to wait to see if this manager can cut it. I haven't seen anything to suggest we will be forceful in the premiership. On the owners performance, Maresca will get 6 months to prove himself and his idea.
I love Maresca approach on his press conference. He discuss football and ideas.
