RBL loans attacking player from Paris Saint-Germain for another year | With immediate effect with shirt number 10 | 25 scorer points in the 2023/24 season

Xavi’s future has been decided – the Dutch international (20 senior caps) will continue to play for the Red Bulls next season. RB Leipzig is loaning the 21-year-old for another year from top French club Paris Saint-Germain.

Xavi scored ten goals in 43 games (15 assists) in his first year in Leipzig.

Xavi also showed his qualities as a regular for the Netherlands at this year’s European Championship in Germany. With three assists and a goal, he was the second-best provider and third-best scorer at the tournament.

From now on, Xavi will be wearing the number 10 shirt for RB Leipzig. The jersey is now also available in all Leipzig fan stores and online in the Red Bull Shop.

Xavi will undergo his medical tests this Monday at the training centre on Cottaweg and will then complete his first individual session. On Tuesday, the attacking player will be available to answer questions at a press conference and will also train with the team again for the first time.
