First of all, there is no concrete evidence that this deal has fallen apart,
Secondly, the president of Barcelona never said they would sign Nico, he said they were now in a position to sign someone of that ilk for that fee.
Thirdly if a deal falls apart, why assume it is financial, what if Nico doesn't want to come now?
Fourthly Madrid waited years for Kylian, and no one said anything.
