Enzo Fernandez has apologised to his Chelsea team-mates after joining the squad in the USA following the racism storm around the midfielder.
Fernandez has been at the centre of a racism row this month after he posted a video on Instagram which appeared to show him and his Argentina team-mates engaging in a derogatory chant about the France national team during celebrations of their Copa America success.

The fact that he was singing the truth makes it no racism for me
U can apologies to somebody as much as u want but considering the circumstances they will never look at him the same way. period
We need a database of Spanish, Jewish, German, and other groups' organizations that we can donate to when we sing racist songs.

I still find it funny this is the same Argentina team that got sensitive about Van Gaal press conference and took it personally and emphasised showing respect to them, then a bunch of those guys sing a song to insult some the French players of African origin and its all good. Just jokes.
He shouldn't be offering just an apology, he should be offering his resignation too. You hear the words "No Room For Racism" a lot in football. Does it even mean anything? There seems to be plenty of room for this racist at one of Europe's top clubs.
The truth hurts
Fifa are going to investigate it? That task force they have must be really busy. Aren't still investigating that idiot for sprinkling salt on the coveted World Cup trophy? I don't remember hearing the outcome of that. To them, the word "investigate" means wait until it blows over.
The world is overreacting. Everyone i know has said racist stuff at some point in their life. That is not true racism. True racism is when your racism causes you to harm another race, physically, mentally, or financially. That is what true racism is. Otherwise everyone in the world has at some point in their life said 'whites are like this' , 'blacks are like this', 'pakistanis are like this'. Saying these things is racist, but it is not true racism. True racism is when you want harm for another race.

This was expected because this board paid so much for Enzo, mudryk, and Caicedo. Which is a big part of why we're selling the likes of Chalobah, Gallagher, and have sold Maatsen and Hutchinson even though those players are needed in those positions. When it comes to morality, money trumps all, and because of that, those three players are largely immune from substantial punishment if they were to do something wrong.
Ahhhhh, good ol' "I'll throw money at it for it to go away" move.

I really don't know what the hullabaloo is about…the song refers to the French football team which by all means is Africa imported. One day there was a cartoon inthe dailies if french at the euros but the team is African and no one said anything..
