Southgate just doesnt know how to use Grealish and made him go home. He is not a great player but a very useful one on the left wing. His physical would be an advantage during the Euros, unfortunately though

What can Jack change in his game? He's clearly not the modern winger, he can carry the ball but not good enough for 1 v 1. If he picks up Gundogan's role then he needs to influence forward play rather than paisa, he needs to really reinvent himself.
