These players will have to improve their game including Sterling because this is not Man city where everyone is moving foward with the ball its more. There needs to be an immense level of skill in the frontline from 2 or more of the player and i mean not just passing.

Chelsea fan, but Reece James is not the best crosser of the ball. TAA is still better in that regard, but Reece is overall the best RB in the game currently.
