Calafiori’s transfer from Bologna is nearing completion at Arsenal,
which may signal Kiwior’s departure from north London. This is due to
the fact that, similar to Kiwior, the highly regarded Italian is
predominantly a center defender with left-back versatility.
Oleksandr Zinchenko, Jurrien Timber, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and misfit
Kieran Tierney are just a few of the Gunners’ fierce rivals in that
position under Mikel Arteta. A run was provided to Kiwior.
