This sounds very beneficial for the squad, going by he's talking about regarding the midfield and aiming for a control based approach. Macca and Curtis in particular will thrive in that kind of system.
This style of play will lead to better, clear cut chances for Darwin and the other forwards. I have felt like Darwin in particular would be suited to a less frantic and chaotic style of play, as it will allow him more options and less 50/50 decisions that seemingly come out of nowhere.
Slot sounds like a very intelligent coach. All the best lads.
