  1. What am I listening to, it was hard for him to move from one massive house to another? his children had to move house, his wife just gave birth… wow these people are so far removed from reality its crazy… hard times guys.

  2. I heard what Perry Groves said about that and just laughed. Glad Kevin Nolan who is in and amongst it gave a better perspective than Perry.

  3. Philips lol over rated basic player it's crazy how low the bars been in football, badic football is now world class, just like 100£ 10 yrs ago is now 170£ lol

  4. try doing 6 10 hour shifts lumping goods round a factory or site on the trot then goin home n actually looking after your own kids etc and then tell ur boss that you carnt work hard for abit coz your tired lol..sacked …..sick of hearing how these footballers are tired ,such a hard life they got my heart bleeds….get fitter do better simples

  5. just cause a club plays 70 games doesn't mean every player has to play everyone of those games
its up to the mangers to rotate their squads more …we even saw that problem with Southgate at the Euro's
Rice played every minute of every game which wasnt needed

  6. Phillips being a "lovely lad" is one thing but he arrived at West Ham overweight and unfit, hadn´t played for a season or two. How on earth was he going to get straight into the team? Was a big error by West Ham, should never have got him in.

  7. Footballers mentally are childish if this is a problem. They couldnt last a week doing anything else. Bunch of diva's…..FRAGILE IS THE WORD…… he thought he would steal a living on the bench for city

  8. Poor Kalvin, life must be so hard for him. I'm in my 50's, living in a caravan at the moment and earn £250 a week, doing manual labour with fucked knees (waiting forever for an NHS operation). Lucky me. I wonder if Kalvin would like to swap lifestyles?

  9. If they stay healthy, players at the top end 'work' for 10/15 years and then retire, they earn more in those 15 years than most people earn in 3 lifetimes of 50 years of 8 hour, 5 days a week minimum shifts. Get the violin out for footballers.

  10. What went wrong is that Moyes wanted him for 2 years and we wasted £7 million on fees and wages….. The worst loan signing in our history

  11. 1. He wasn’t actually that good to begin with… 2. He was too fat, spent too long on the bench at city over the past 2 years to be anywhere near match fit… it’s not rocket science

  12. Stop making excuses for him hes a football waster, he sold himself out when he sat on Man Citys bench all that time and having the audacity to hold trophies and smile with his medals he should feel embarrassed at the very least.

  13. What went wrong? He should never have gone to City, because injuries or no injuries he has ALWAYS going to end up as the last option for the midfield, a player should never move to a club where they know they will be lowest rung on the positional ladder. It was career suicide, his England career is over, he was a disaster at WHAM and he's basically now just damaged goods who has little credibility left as a top class player – he's the player equivalant of Frank Lampard at this point.
