Cari batu kali yg berat 30 atau 40 kg lalu masukan di dlm kolam..suruh para pemain untk mengeser nya..dari sudut ke sudut lalu setiap pemain di kasi waktu berapa cepat dia mengeser batu nya..dan dlm seminggu latian beri dia mkn dan minum yg cukup di jam 05:00 pagi..sampai ke waktu 18 :00 lalu kasi dia mkn dan minum..aku yakin lari nya akan kencang..dan nafas nya bakal kuat
