Stephen Curry led Team USA with 24 points (6 3PM) and 3 rebounds, while Bam Adebayo (17 points (3 3PM), 8 rebounds, 3 assists) and Anthony Edwards (16 points (2 3PM), 3 steals) combined for 33 points in the victory. Nikola Jokic tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds for Team Serbia.

Still very early to tell but the 1st half was completely dominated by Serbia. USA turned it up in 2nd half but this is only exhibition..Still great outcome but Curry carried this victory and the line up with AD & Bam is going to be special so kudos to Kerr for recognizing that switch.

why KD still on the bench?
That Bam AD combo is too good, Elite Defense, Rebounding, and Scoring. If one gets switched out to the perimeter the other will still be down low to protect the paint and they can both crash the boards.
Curry LeBron lineup is good with holiday/Booker and Tatum/KD. LeBron the playmaker surrounded by shooting and Curry can focus on scoring and not playmaking.
Ant is better with the second unit because he can have the ball and be himself which is an Iso scorer that doesn't work well with the LeBron/Curry lineup because that lineup needs ball movement.
Embiid just needs to be better defensively, cut out the bad pass turnovers, and on offense stop posting up so much just do what he does best catch it at the ft line and shoot Midrange shots because that flopping not gonna work.

The thing about team USA is they're not afraid to play all out, because even though the bench comes in, they know there will be no problem because the bench is also reliable. Maybe that's why serbia can hold their own in the early game, but decline when their star players exhausted
