  1. Player’s receiving better coaching/managing in club level will have a hard time with a coach like GGG. he’s trash compared to those guys. USMNT needs to bring in someone with global clout.

  2. the USA has got good talent guys …. This team needed a balance of experience and youth , for example I wish Darlington nagbe would have been in the line up as a holding midfielder , he has the best touch of any US player I have ever seen . nagbe could have been what modric is to Croatia, experienced and skilled ,guiding and pulling all the strings ….Also Brooks should have been commanding the defensive line without a doubt . For me weah should have been a number 9 through out the tournament.. Aaronson is a direct 10 providing that creativity and attack mindedness from the midfield … These are basic 4-3-3 stretagies … let me share what I believe the best line up would have been ….
    …………………….Weah ………………..
    Pulisc ………………………………….Reyna
    ………….aaronson ………..mckenni
    ……………………….nagbe………….
    Robinson….ream….brooks…….yedlin

The other guy that they should try to poach is Thomas tuchel, these guys are good scouts and know how to play football and will utilise every bit of talent around … Gregg for me is useless … The USA have got good enough players challenge these other strong teams ….. Gregg is so pathetic ….. How did a player like Jesus Ferreira get on the plan , the guy literally looks scared … Gregg is the initial cause of the attitude issues with Reyna had …

  3. Hire someone who knows nothing about soccer. They look at them play 11 on 11. It won't take a genius to figure out who should be playing and who shouldn't.

  4. Lmao gio is gonna be a player who is going to flop. If he thinks he’s gonna a top player and thinking he’s going to be the best player in a national team squad, that has players playing in Europe, and winning champions leagues and winning serie A title and For f*ck sake even winning MLS titles. You think he’s going to win a spot in the US squad just because he thinks he’s doing bits in the Bundesliga?? When’s the last time the Bundesliga hasn’t been a one horse race? Gio has that swagger of a upsl player in the U.S, thinking he’s a top baller just because his local supporters think he has a lot of potential. Potential is nothing with the right mind set and character.

  5. Get Big Sam Allardyce to coach the USMNT. He would have those players fired up and ready to do anything to win. Sam has talked about coaching the US national team.

  6. 1 – c'mon, Herc. Salazar has a point about it potentially being an agent. Otherwise agree with Herc. Mourinho spent quite a bit of time under different managers before being THE manager. Even with the US – Bruce Arena had different levels of coaching experience before MLS then the National program. Ditto Bob Bradley. In fact a strong argument could be made that Dave Sarachan (interim) was more qualified. Berhalter could become a very good coach and showed some terrific things if I'm being honest. It's the naivety that really came out in different ways. IMHO the US will need a new manager.

  7. Be careful what you wish for, some naive fans think the USSF will manage to hire Guardiola/Zidane/Klopp 😂 these fans should start a go fund me to raise $20 Million a year compared to $1.2 Berhalter gets. Start Naive Fans, because your dream coach won’t be cheap.

  8. “If we had a different coach, Reyna would’ve started all the games while competing for the golden boot and we’d still be playing today…” – delusional 🤡 fans who think they’re passionate but really just a bunch of childish scrubs

  9. It IS the majority. I love how they leave out the very noticeable fact that a LOT of the players gave Gio a like on social media for his very mature comment concerning the matter. Does ESPN… especially Sebastian Salazar… not realize that we all watch other podcasts that are very reputable, and are reporting on this issue with very good information??? A side note… Sebastian Salazar has been absolutely abysmal in these segments during the world cup, and has demonstrated very little as far as anything even resembling logic or maturity in his assessment of ANYTHING, especially the USMNT.

  10. The most elementary thing to look at, is UNDENIABLE, and is absolutely TRUE and inexcusable, is that Berhalter has perpetually hurt the team's chances of winning in every single match that he has been the head coach. EVERY SINGLE ONE. You CANNOT get past that. The USSF really only cares about money and marketing. Well… what helps best with that??? WINNING. If he literally hurts the team's chances of winning, then you can't justify him being there. HE HAS TO GO!

  11. The US will hire a new “American” coach from MLS. Greg said “he was going to show the world the new American player”. Great you did! Passing the ball and possession doesn’t always get results!!! His pressing line was way too high! His passing style doesn’t break line’s enough, and he let the team pass the ball on the last play of the game. Launch it in the box and maybe you beat England!! MSL play is slow and boring just like La Liga Mex. Mexican soccer is the biggest disappointment and thats what we followed.

  12. USMNT must really be slow. I questioned the coach 15 minutes into the second half of the Wales match.

Zero adjustments. Zero awareness of the defensive failure of his tactics when Wales came out swinging.
