It was a crazy week of football – Manchester United reversed a two-goal deficit against their nearest rivals, Manchester City, to win 3-2 courtesy of goals from Paul Pogba and Chris Smalling.
Alexis Sanchez was also on fire as Jose Mourinho’s side pulled off the mother of all comebacks at the Etihad Stadium.
Newcastle United virtually secured their survival with victory at Leicester – with Ayoze Perez expertly lobbing Kasper Schmeichel.
The Merseyside derby was a dull 0-0 affair, while there were wins for Burnley, Tottenham and others.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Cristiano Ronaldo were vying with each other for Goal of the Week, albeit against a very different standard of opposition.
