quite simply one of the greatest days of my entire life all thanks to the king that is olle Watkins what a man what a moment for him I am speechless which doesn’t happen often today has been one of the greatest days of my life we have been in Dortmund and the atmosphere all day long has been Carnival like the duts they’ve been here in huge numbers the England support in the stadium was unreal unreal relentlessly brilliant constantly supportive and dreaming of making it to Berlin and guess what for the first time in the history of England we are going to be playing a final abroad we have never played a final abroad before but we are officially on our way to Berlin it was Unreal in there truly it was what an amazing stadium and what a historic Victory to beat the Dutch in that circumstance a practically a last minute winner but it was welld deserved we dominated I think I think people have often said that we haven’t got it right that we’ve lots of fluked our way to this semi-final and as soon as we come up against a good team we’re going to get be guess what we were excellent Gareth Southgate got so much right Gareth Southgate deserves so much credit Phil foden absolutely brilliant Kody Mayo a man possessed absolutely Sensational from him and Ole Watkins Harry Kane leading the line JN Stones our big players got it right and in Phil foden we have one of the best players in this tournament he was so unlucky played so well particularly in that first half dominating the play and I believe that we can beat this Spanish side G Southgate deserves an awful lot of credit as well G Southgate was Brave he stuck to his uh stuck to his guns he played the team that he liked but then he made big decisions when they needed to be made for example the easiest thing to do everyone around me in the stadium was asking for Ivan Tony he made the right decision he brought on olle Watkins you can hear everyone singing for olle Watkins now at the end there was this amazing moment uh at the end of the game OE Watkins is a with the players and I think it’s Kobe Mayo comes over pushes him to the front and everyone players and support were all singing that song for only Watkins it was a touching moment and it really did reveal the unity in the team the love in the team the support for one another that all the players had it was just amazing and we are now going to Berlin to play a final a final that I think we can beat We’ll Be The Underdogs but unlike today which I think the stadium was about 50/50 unlike today we will dominate Berlin everyone I know and his dog is going to that game everyone is going to be there we are desperate for tickets everyone’s looking and I think that that Stadium will be 80% English you know Spain travel but they don’t travel particularly well it will be 80% English and with the players that we have there is a genuine chance that we could be crowned European Champions it was a moment for me that will live with me forever I was with one of my best mates in the world Mr Dave Cox how are you sir oh we’re in a final we’re in a final not in Wembley in a foreign field Berlin here we come going to be unre D who’s your man of the match the day who do you think Sean oh uh Mayu he was g wasn’t he yeah Mayu controlled Midfield best best game he’s had all tournament yeah there was a moment towards the end of the game where both of us we thought it had gone didn’t we you know when Cole Palmer missed that opportunity cut in it looked like he was definitely going to make it count how old is he 1819 controlled it yeah Lal who yeah no he’s amazing absolutely amazing one of the best nights of my life we’re now on to Berlin G Southgate he keeps getting it right he keeps finding a way and this England team we’re constantly losing games of football but what happens we come back we keep fighting and ultimately we find a way there is a real resilience to this England team wherever we’re losing it feels like we’re AIS the paper away from going out we do find a way so I’m over the moon with it is that is this with um anyway uh absolutely absolutely unreal um no can’t I can’t speak highly enough about Gareth Southgate he has got it right he has got it right and everyone that doubted him me included if he turns this around in Berlin if we go to Germany to Berlin and win European silverware gy deserves a Knighthood Berlin Berlin he’s coming he’s coming he’s coming great day of my life
