If Klopp is going to manage internationally it’s going to be another European team. He would want to win the World Cup
If you can get new leadership at US Soccer and actually use some of their piles of money to have better development programs for young players, then it might be attractive.
What about one of these guys discussing for national team coach? Seems they know everything…
All this Talkshow hosts should learn that JK is a man of integrity. He said " no club. No country for 1 year"
You better don't ask before May 2025!
Why would Klopp want to take over the US Team? How could he improve a team, when there is nothing to improve? After his sabatical, there are far more better teams queuing up, to get him. Real, Barca, PSG, Bayern, Juve, Milan, Roma etc. etc. and all National Teams in the World, especially the English National Team if not the Germans. So, why on Earth would he decide for the US Team, there is nothing he would gain from it?
The Koreans should have gone for Herr Klopp, not Piece of Sh!t, Klinsmann!
Klinsmann stole $10 million from Korea!🤬
I will say that Jurgen Klinsmann did more with the lack of talent he had on his squads than what Berhalter has done with a younger and more talented squad. JK was constanly up against Prime Mexico, Prime Costa Rica, and Prime Jamaica in almost every aspect of competition in CONCACAF. Then, JK fixed friendlies against quality opponents in Europe because he wanted to challenge his teams. Results speak for itself with JK making it to the 2018 COPA America Semi Final, got out of the group of death in 2014, and won a couple of Gold Cups on the way.
Can Keller say something optimistic? Oh what a clueless federation!
It's an attractive job until the world cup starts and they get grouped
Hii
Probably, deluluest discussion ever 😆😆
All the names u listed and u didn’t even mention Concecaio or David Moyes. Moyes has said it the past he would seriously consider usmnt job if approached. Klopp tuchel and poch wouldn’t come, but I do think the lower tier (but still very good) managers would be interested. Coaching America, especially when they’re hosting the wc is definitely an attracting job even if we’re in shambles rn
Your US Soccer system needs a top down overhaul. You have raw talent. But your grassroots to senior competitive route has gaps. A top class manager without the mandate to work on that aspect would be useless.
Fine, I’ll do it.
There's more chance of Joe Biden accepting the USMNT job than Klopp.
Maybe these people think Jurgen is not a man of his word. He made it clear that he wants to take a break from football in its entirety. What's ambiguous about that?!
Not at all next question
Klopp is a guy who would not only help the national team, he could push the whole sport in the us massively forward. Ask the fenway bosses
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. USMT DOES NOT DESERVE KLOPP. HE SHOULD COACH DIE MANNSCHAFT BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE.
Juice isn't worth the squeeze
This job is not attractive for a top manager.
Jill Ellis. Won 2 with US women's team. No one in their right mind would touch this job though.
How do we get invited yo the Copa America do we have to pay the federation or smthg? I don’t understand
The Roaring Donkey Pub team from Clacton-on-Sea would be more attractive.😑
Please save usmnt fans and spread the pressure on the committee. How is GGG still around? The optics are terrible and surely people should start discussing the nepotism we are seeing.
EVEN A B TEAM COACH WOULD WANT TO COACH USMNT 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
USMNT SHOULD REDUCE THEIR EXPECTATION AND COME BACK TO REALITY THEIR TEAM IS VERY POOR AND AT BEST AVERAGE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
HERVE RENARD CAN BE A GOOD CHOICE FOR USMNT BUT NOT SURE HE WILL ACCEPT
The only reason for him to take the job would be to take a mediocre team and win with them which would cement his legacy as the greatest coach ever.
Take Southgate.. Please
