If the keeper would have jumped into the player it would be obvious interference and offsides. Even if he had no chance to make the save. That he didn't attempt it because the player was there, is still interference. And I don't think he would've made the save.
Its not offside since he dont touch the ball..
I mean it’s difficult based on the view but I would say the offside player intervened. Mainly cus the keepers view was slightly blocked and also keepers are trained to dive slightly at a forward angle which was kinda blocked.
