Under rated player imo. Will never be the best player in the team but for me he's a regular 6/7 out of 10 in most games.
Dier is lucky to have sanchez around him to make him look top class lol but he's wholehearted and a leader on the pitch and for now gets the nod

I can’t believe these comments – he is awful – he doesn’t even mark properly – watch how many times you seem him pointing when he is actually not marking a player – this happens every game – everyone I know thinks he is poor – I know people want to support their own players but I think this is blind loyalty – ask yourself – would you want us to buy him now if you knew what he is like – if the answer is yes then perhaps that is why other people call us Spursy

I like Eric Dier, but him and other Spurs players have been talking about improvements for years yet actions on the pitch have not made those words! Through multiple managers now, this time they have no excuses! They have one of the best managers in the world leading them.
This guy is intelligent and would be club captain in many other teams with his leadership qualities.Yes he makes mistakes but that is 99% of CDs.He has been the regular pick of 4 managers now and sometimes that tells more than is apparent to the average fan.

Dire has been amazing this year, and we must remember, he was never a centerback but now look at him. He controls Romero and Davis, he keep the line all the time and brings the balance needed at the back as Romero has been very good but he's still young so needs a leader to guide him. Dire is versatile, he can play in a number of positions and it took him time to get used to this CB role but Conte has brought him on so much. We have a very good team now and we should get top 4 again and see if we can get to 80 to 85 pts and close that gap on Liverpool and M.C.
