It's a good signing. Normally fee around 30- 40 millions works better for chelsea
Chelsea talks too much and very slow to act in completing signings. They expose their targets to other Clubs inviting competition before completing a deal. Man City completes or almost complete signing before making it public. Man City just completed the signing of Lebtzig defender in less than a week follow up. Meanwhile Chelsea had took more than 2 years chasing this same defender couldn't sign him before ending up signing Badiashile. Chelsea should copy Man City examples in transfer dealings, and stop exposing their targets on air before negotiations.

I'll be pretty happy with this signing. I think it's important to remember too that while we'd all love to get new GK, CDM, and CF, it's not feasible to get big names at all three after all the money we've already spent. If we can sell off a bunch of the deadwood, bring in Caicedo and Jackson, we'll be in a decent spot. We still have a lot of talent. Let Jackson and Broja battle it out. Then next summer we can perhaps look to sign a bigger name if we need to. Same with Kepa. If our targets are too much, he'll be fine. It's not like he was the big problem this year.
I hope Jackson will not be added to the list of "promising" strikers sitting on the Chelsea bench. Unsure where he fits in with Broja and Fofana.

Happy with Jackson. Let him and Broja and perhaps DDF fight it out for a starting spot. The cream will rise to the top. And if any of them get complacent, they'll be replaced.
