Duke defeated Boston College, 75-59 to open their ACC season. Mark Mitchell led the Blue Devils in scoring with 15 points and Kyle Filipowski scored 13 and grabbed 10 rebounds in the win. Jacob Grandison pitched in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists off the bench. CJ Penha Jr. led Boston College in scoring with 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in the loss.
