You can't compare rashford with saka, saka has proved he can get up an down the line and defend very well he should be lwb with Trent rwb it's so obvious. Walker can easily play CB and cover Trent an give him freedom to go forward. If you have Trent with the ball and have Watkins Palmer saka Gordon making runs you cause any team in the world problems.

England are sleepwalking to elimination. They woke up finally, but briefly to fluke the last game, but then hit the snooze button again. Southgate isn't going to make the drastic changes required….a back three, Saka and TAA as wing backs, Bellingham a false 9, Gordon and Palmer up front wide, so drop the unfit, out of form, un-droppable Kane.

He hasn’t refreshed the squad to much he’s a. Southgate should be renamed stutter stall freeze safe gate. He’s indecisive defensive orientated poor in game decision maker reactive rather than proactive only just
I don't care if Southgate got us to a final and a semi final all that means was he did better than previous ex england managers who let's face it were garbage and the bar was low where they were concerned…I was finished with Southgate after the final at Euro 2020 for his inept coaching in that match which cost us a trophy and what i have seen this tournament emphasizes that he's not a good coach i mean he can't even get something as basic as the balance right..

Get it right Flex, nobody has made claims that Trent would be a better defensive choice than Walker, but he would offer far more creativity and opportunity from set pieces. So far Walker has been extremely average. Try taking off your Man Utd glasses
Kyle Walker has been poor for a while now in my opinion. I swear ive been saying this to a relative, who thinks Walker is great, for months. His touch is awful and he seems to over run the ball quite often. His positional play is also terrible. He seems to play off instinct, which as a defender is not ideal. But everyone seems to say he an all time great. I just don't see it. He makes far too many mistakes for an experienced player
Absolutely clueless, Southgate has done absolutely nothing for this team and anyone who thinks he has doesn't deserve an opinion.
Name me one decision he's made that won us a game? We are in the quarters through pure luck and that fact he is taking credit for the late goal shows hes completely out of his depth.
This squad is dripping with talent, we have 4 wins out of 24 games against top 10 opponents. Most attacking side we will ever see and we are playing defensive. Anyone could do what he's done with the team he's just throwing out a good lineup with no tactics and praying something happens and then parking the bus as soon as we score cus he doesn't know how to score another goal.
Also consider this, Vardy retired because of Southgate. If we had him in the last euro final we would of won without a shadow of a doubt but we relied on trashford
