Andy Murray was rewarded for his perseverance in a brutal first-round match at the Miami Open as he recovered from a set down to outlast Matteo Berrettini 4-6, 6-3, 6-4. The victory was only Murray’s fourth of the year and it sets up a second-round encounter with Tomás Martín Etcheverry.
As Berrettini was preparing to serve in the second set, he lost his balance, staggering to his right and nearly falling down before complaining of dizziness. He was quickly seen by the doctor and physio but despite being OK to resume he failed to recapture his earlier level of play.

"I feel horrible, but at least I don't look it."
I vaccini non c'entrano, è il caldo, il freddo, la pizza.
Berrettini is seems finished like Thiem…
The mRNA vaccine.
Nobody ask about the jabs..
💉💉💉???
Bravo
Did Andy clutch his hamstrings this match? Or only when he’s losing.
He better go check his heart.
That jab takes, not saves lives
LOL!
A dramatic itai? Imagine that.
Murray has always been such a stubborn player to face, his stamina is amazing considering he has prosthetic head to his femur and pelvis. Much respect to Berrettini, those cold/hot flashes when your sick are no joke, he could've passed out at anytime.
I like that Andy Murray asked about his welfare.
I am glad Berrettini is ok
Brought to you by Pfizer
Murray celebrating after winning the second set was kinda classless. His opponent was fatigued and ill and you gotta do that? Come on, man.
Not another one….
