If Richie expected to play instantly, he’s insane. Djed Spence is one of the best players in our league, and he probably knows this before he signed and knows this now as why he can’t get a start.

Richie has been on the bench a few times, we have a right back whos smashing it at the moment but he'll be leaving at the end of the season and thats when he'll get his chance. This is a massive over reaction.

Forest currently have a right back valued at 20 million and attracting interest from the biggest teams in the prem, Richie will have to bide his time but i can assure you he's blown away by forest and football in this country

he'll get some more game time this season and then next year, he will get his chance as spence is only on loan. It was good to see him finally get a run this week, even if it was only for 10 minutes. Forest is a good p[lace to carry on learning his trade and he'll make the Canada squad no problem.
This is insulting to Nottingham Forest and to I think Richie as well. He arrived at Forest in the January Transfer Window and it was always going to take time to settle in. There is also a glaring reason why he has not featured in a playing capacity for the club and it was the World Cup Qualification games.
By the time this video was first put out he had already had 2 bench appearances (unused). Before Monday 18th April he was named 7 times on the bench, on Monday when he made his debut it was his 8TH. Forest has 5 more regular-season games to go plus it's likely the championship playoff games where Ritchie will get more minutes and games.
I wonder if the so-called 'grumblings' were even coming from Richie Laryea at all?, maybe these whispers were coming from someone not closely associated with Richie who was not seeing the full picture, adding 2+2 and making a mountain out of a molehill
